[Other] :: Makers must provide screencaps [as links] and a link to the post [whether or not it was deleted] as proof of making the banners with their claims. Banners that are created must be presentable and not of low quality. Low quality banners will not receive cards [based on mmrobitussin's standards]. Members are only allowed to recieve cards for every 4 banner requests [maximum 2 posts] PER week.
