. RULES .

There aren't very many rules, but we will be particularly anal about the few ones we have. If you suspect anyone has broken one of these rules, feel free to report them here with proof of your claim. It is generally safe to include a screenshot, in case the offending member edits or deletes their post/comment/etc.

  • Play fair. Don't make false trade logs, don't save cards that aren't yours, don't lie about contributions just to earn cards. This will only be fun if everyone plays on the same level. Creating fake trade logs or taking cards you haven't earned is a bannable offense.
  • Be courteous to other players. Don't pester people to trade with you. Ask courteously, and don't insist if they decline your offer. Don't beg people for cards, either. That's not cool! Breaking this rule will earn you a 50% warning.
  • Be respectful to the moderators. If you feel that a moderator isn't doing their job appropriately, you can file a complaint with the head moderator by LJ messages.
  • Do not start drama. This community is intended to stay as dramafree as possible. Flaming accusatory comments made in the community posts will result in an instant ban, no questions asked. It doesn't matter whose side you are on, or whether you're in the right or in the wrong - wank equals ban. Feel free to bitch at us in your personal journals, however, that is precisely what they're for. ;3
  • Follow the guidelines defined by the affiliated communities. If they ask for you to vote with critiques, don't just pick random icons and type whatever comes to mind in order to earn your cards. If the moderator from an affiliated community files a complaint that one of our members is attempting to cheat by not contributing with what was requested of them, that member could receive a 20% warning, or be barred from receiving cards by contributing to that community.
  • Do not direct link to our cards/badges/banners/etc. Upload them to your own webspace, or to a free image host like Photobucket.
  • Do NOT alter or edit any mastery badges or cards from the game. If you see something you think needs to be fixed, report it to the mods and they will take care of it. No tampering of any kind, including changing the file from a .png to a .gif or .jpg, will be tolerated. This also includes use of any image hosts that alter the names of the files, even adding extra letters and numbers to the end of the file names. Not okay.
  • Do not use multiple journals to participate in affiliated communities, claim cards, or submit claims. The journal you signed up with needs to be the ONLY journal you use for TCG purposes. Personal TCG communities are certainly allowed for the sake of logs, mastery entries, etc, but nothing else - no claims, no card shop requests, no cert redemptions, no voting or submitting at affiliates, nothing.
  • Stay active. You need to respond to trade requests and participate in activities to earn cards at least once a month, though ideally trade requests shouldn't take longer than a week to be replied to. If you can't be active, comment in this post saying you'll be away so that we know to not drop you. If you don't comment there and we notice you have gone by longer than a month with no activity and do not respond in a week when a mod contacts you, you will be removed from the active member list and lose all of your cards.
  • Breaking any of the aforementioned rules could result in a warning percentage or a ban. If your warning percentage reaches or exceeds 100%, you will be permanently banned from the community.

If you have any suggestions of important rules that we may have missed, please feel free to make them.
